  1. Pause movie
  2. Print Screen button on your keyboard (PRTSC SYSRQ)
  3. Navigate to – START-All Programs- Accessories – Paint- paste (the picture is placed on a “clipboard “ when you hit the print screen button.
  4. Crop the photo
  5. Image – Resize – By percentage – 25% (is a good size)
  6. Save as a jpg
